Looking back to past few years, China imported about 380 billion USD of IC in 2020 and it keep rising afterwards. I’m fact, IC is the largest imported products even more than petroleum. I am dissatisfied with this fact and want to change it. As a giant country why we couldn’t provide our own IC? How to deal with the limitations of high-tech from those western countries? It should be a question for every Chinese to consider. It is shameful when it comes to difficulties with providing our own IC due to those limitations and lacking fundamental of science. I often think: If China have one or more IC manufacturing company which may be competitive to Intel, Synopsys, ASML, ARM, Sony, Samsung, TSMC etc. In future, what a great milestone it is! Thus, I’m willing to dedicate my everything to developing our own IC. We are confident that we can provide IC in near future since we have more than 10 years of experience developing IC. In order to provide a outstanding IC from China, I convinced that my ambition will lead the company to a well-known IC vendor in near future!

As everyone knows the business of semi-conductor is very risky. But why I decided to design our own IC no matter how much the cost is? There are 3 advantages to answer it. First, it’s a good opportunity to improve my career. Second, it solve the problem of semiconductor shortage. And finally, I have a dream of providing IC from my homeland. Although we are not the cutting edge IC provider yet, but it is really a meaningful thing to achieve import substitution. I am very exciting to have the chance and ability to run this valuable business.
